TFS 1.X+ tfs 1.5 npcs on screen talk

When players talk to npcs, messages from npcs don't appear for everyone, usually a few phrases like hi, bye, etc... how do I make all messages from npcs that talk to players appear for all players on the screen?

try changing player to false and test.
