player gets banned after killing 1 person

ok basically i set the kills to ban to like 900 but when ppl killed some 1 else theyd get banned after they killed that 1 person then when i changed it to pvp enforced aols stopped working can some 1 tell me whats going on?

In case you're using TFS 0.2.x,
