Windows Ports/Accmaker

Hey community!

I want to test a map with friends but I got no idea how to open the ports.
Same with Accountmaker.
I got Windows Vista.
- I want to do a homepage later -

If I can because of your help open the Ports or get an Accmaker you'll get for each REP+.
