Possibility of 7.4 Client with 10.98 sprites

Is there anyway to achieve that? To have the 7.4 pvp style with the 10.98 sprites?
Or to have the 10.98 with retro pvp?

I have been trying to use the OTClient but my understanding of it is heavily limited. Would OTClient enable me to achieve that?

you have to edit the whole source files xddd huge changes
and sprites too items dat etc
