Lua Protection Level For Enforced

Hello. Ive enforced server.
Is it any script for protection lvl order to bigest level cant kill smaller?
for ex. 100lvl cant kill 50lvl and there is 80 level protection so 100 lvl can kill only players with 80lvl +
