Windows quest chests

Hello. I have some trouble with quest chests. I cant open noone of it. It isnt empty or something like that. I cant just open it. Does any one know what is the problem?

If you use TFS , Do like this , Action id "2000" and then uniqe id should be the same id as in the chest , so if you got one crystal coin in the chest , uniqe id would be 2160

You put the actionid to be 2000, then add the item that you want as the reward inside of the chest. Then you put in a number in the uniqueid slot that will act as the storagevalue so you can't do the quest again.
