[Question] Is nick display handled by server?

I am wondering if it's possible to change display method for nick, I would like to make something like Nick (lvl) above character, when hp bar is, etc.

I am pretty sure that is client side with memory addresses since most bots have features that put stuff by the HP bar etc etc
