Remeres map editor and items.otb

Can anyone plz tell me how to see a 8.6 map with remeres map editor without items added by itemid 5 ?
I can't map temple, and when I add floor under walls, it doesnt affect =.=

btw, I think the problem is in clients.xml, it has some strange stuff there =.=
