Replacing depreciated items?

Is there a way to replace all depreciated items at once? When switching from my 7.8 server to my 9.82 server my map seems to lose all the grass pieces. Everything else imports perfectly fine. The tiles where the grass should be are all filled with red and are labeled with the item ID of the old "depreciated" grass item. Is there anyway I can switch it all to a different kind of grass or replace all of those missing pieces with a specific item? "Replace item" does not seem to work.

If "Replace item" function did not help you, then you can try:
Map -> Cleanup -> Do you want to remove all invalid items from the map? -> Yes
in order to remove those red square items.

This has been always useful for me while I downgraded newer maps for older versions.
