Ctrl+ f amulet of loss

Then you get this:

<attribute key="charges" value="1"/>

There you can change how many charges you want for it!

and is there any like.. Max charges?

I don't really know.. try it..
I think

<attribute key="charges" value="0"/>

It's like infinitive

And

<attribute key="preventDrop" value="1"/>

It's that it prevents drop.. That's why you don't lose your items when you die
