[Request]Paying for rent house

In TFS 0.3.6 is working this? When yes then what I must set and when player get warning before he must pay for house

This change:

	houseRentAsPrice = false
	housePriceAsRent = false

at:

	houseRentAsPrice = true
	housePriceAsRent = true

And for what is this line?

houseCleanOld = 0

houseCleanOld = 10 * 24 * 3600 <---- after 10 days of player offline house willbe cleaned :]
