[REQUEST] Stable distro with working RL map (85%+ complete)

I am looking for a good and stable OT distribution with an alrady "built-in" RL map that is over 85% or more complete!

Preferrably SQL and Version 8.x+
Any help would be appreciated and tutorials for adding things too!

Slyveria has really nice actions, npcs and spells! and its stable for 24-7 no bigger errors you can't fix. But there is some small work then its game on
