Yell, there is one programa, that i don't realy remember the name now, BUT, it works like that:
You enter in GlobalTibia and talk with the NPCs , then the program would make a copy of the NPC for you, preaty cool program, BUT it is outdated, i can find only for version 8.4x.. If some one have 8.5 or know who made the program PM me please.. Cyao ;P
