I'm not totally sure if this could "happen" but, :

Ever visited the site Can You RUN It?

That site is great, it can see if your computer can run that or that game.
(in my cases, all of the games that were tested by can you run it, and then tested on my comp, were 95% true)

So I'm wondering if there could be a program that could see if you can run this or that server?

"Nice idea, but will never come." right ? ^^

Well I think its not that hard to create. The program needs to know the minimum and the recommended specs for the server and then just check the hardware from the computer..

Spear pickup.

All I want is a simple spear pickup tool for 7.4. Classic Tibia is the server I want it for... just in case they might have changed IDs or something, because TPR works on almost all servers I've been on, but the only function that won't work on there is the spear pickup.
