But your missing essential stuff... like.. A keep(donjon), a moat.. Take a look at the third pic, thats a really good view on a castle

Moat with a drawbridge
Gatehouse

Hall of castle, king/queens room, king's studyroom/library, chapel, stall, kitchen, servants rooms, closets, water closet.... that's pretty much what a castle should contain..
