First of all... don't use sqlite, that's for small servers who use like In-game AAC.... Second, is there any websites who use sqlite? nicaw maybe?
Use Mysql... Not that hard to configure and install, when there are so many guides/ tutorials out there.
Some webservers that have mysql: Xampp and Uniform
