This is WAMP(Windows, Apache, Mysql and PHP) it's another alternative to XAMP and Uniserver, I haven't gotten too deep into the full setup, but I have heard it serves as a good personal server if properly protected.

Basically I want to hear what do you think about it and if should we make it into the developmental Test Servers for most web experiments like testing new layouts and new PHP codes.
