Windows Server offline

My friends server has "Server offline" with Gesior 0.3.6, and when you click on it then it says "4 players are online" showing a list with online players.

Is there a way to make it say "Server online" ?

open it, and find this line

$sock = @fsockopen("127.0.0.1", $config['server']['statusPort'], $errno, $errstr, 1);

and change 127.x to Servers IP. xxx.xxx.xx.x
