Linux Server under atack

Hi. My server is under atack, somebody is making it LAGGING like hell. I dont know how he do it, but i found something strange:

when i type in SSH "netstat -a -n" it shows:

How can i protect server?

well.. is the CPU usage high?
or ram usage skyhigh?
or is it the end of your bandwidth?

also just OTServ in-game lag or website lag as well? (or other way around?)

use hashlimit.
