Some have hacked my database .. i have backup but what can i do to stop it ?

You can change the password of phpmyadmin xd and maybe the name of the user. (sth different as root)

Master-m just told you, remove PMA user..

and in your phpmyadmin folder put a file call it .htaccess and make like

deny from ...
allow....

I forgot dunno how, something like this.

i have do that and open all ports for fire wall but i can still dont enter the site from other computers ?

create file .htaccess in your phpmyadmin folder and put in it:

order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from 127.0.0.1
