I have pvp enforced exp turned on, I've checked all the options ppl have suggested on the forums. Now, I found the code in the source code's for pvp-enfo rates but I can't get a compiler to compile it at all.. buncha errors.
Looking for some help with compiling and some source code editing for a few different things, including soft boots regen bugs that i'm having issues with.
I'm also looking for a web page designer, somebody who can do the basics and work with a few ideas i have.
Anybody interested, leme know.
