Gamemaster [SWE] Need a Team for a serious OT Real Map server

Hello me and my friend are planning to get up a server but we need a team we need scripters,mappers, gamemasters, programmers and a Real Tibia Map, the server will be hosted on a dedicated server in germany the dedicated server will be able to handle up to 500 players.
It would be nice if you have ventrilo or skype or something like that so we can talk about how we will get the server up just write here if you are intressed, thanks
