It's not from one IP, the attacker sends alot of junk data / packets from alot of different networks ...

That is how some DDOSing works. There are hundreds of thousands of infected PCs that can be used by people to DDOS.
So basically they will use these botnets (network of infected computers) to DDOS you.

You can thank Anonymous for the increase of DDOS power in the public.

what kind of frag rewards are there?

a suggestion would be to remove rewards that affect pvp (is boh a reward?) people should be able to fight on equal terms on a war server regardless of how often they play.
