[Sweden] The Lost Kingdom Server (custom client)

This is insanely sketchy. Why is the custom client flagging for multiple trojans and backdoors? I thought to revisit the server but after that, I don't know..
 
Its because there is a executable "ipchanger". Did a new non-executable, only extract.
Only client, with 100% only necessary files. Shouldnt show any problem, if it does, its cause the modified client. The only thing the client does, is redirect directly to my server.
If you dont trust it, just download a 10.90 tibia, and replace the tibia.dat/spr with the ones on my download. Easy as that. Nothing that "sketchy".

IMPORTANT NOTE: There's a new client on the website, if you don't download it, when you login, it may crash your client! BE WARNED.

Patch notes:

  • Players
- A new experience system have been added so lower players will earn more exp based on the highest player level.
- A new ANTIBOT system have been added.
- 3 new potions have been added: Ultimate mana potion, ultimate spirit potion and supreme healing potion.
- Critical for all melee and spells can no longer happen in PvP.
- Critical damage have been reduced from 200% to 160%.
- PvP damage have been reduced from 50% to 40%.
- Evolving now is more worthy increased damage and spell damage earned from 1% to 3% per evolution.
- All summons now deal damage based on players level and main stat (magic, dist..), so they feel more worth over the levels.
- Ranger Pets have been granted a small AoE in front of them.
- Necromancer Shadowstrikers have been granted a small AoE in front of them.
- Some spells have been balanced. (Mostly damage reduction).
- Lifesteal in weapons now should solve healing problems on some vocations.
- Many code bugs fixed.
- Autolooting now is easier and works better.


  • New profession added: Cooking. Check the NPC Master Cook to learn the profession and start cooking delicious dishes that will increase your stats and much more!

  • Fishing monsters: Now you can buy a fishing rod and some worms, and start fishing! Fishing now let you fish monsters, and rare items like unity coins or enchanting materials.

  • Enchanting: Enchanting have been revamped. There are only 3 materials to enchant your weapons (pure energy, eternium stone and spark sphere) in addition to the upgrade dust. New enchants have been added to weapons and others have changed. Now you can optain ELEMENTAL bonus on weapon, or Lifesteal. On the other hand, there is no atk% or def%, now is flat atk and def enchant.

  • Weaponsmithing: New recipes for crafting have been added. This weapons are one of the best in game.

  • Mining/herbalism: A new NPC have been added that will trade your seeds and your minerals for crafting materials.

- Pets are back!! You can hunt them now perfectly, level them so they can evolve, and fight versus other player pets!! You can see that a monster is tameable (a pet), by a green skull on their names.
You can see all pet commands by doing !petcommands.

Got curious when I saw the name aswell :)

As one of the old TLK Developers - It's not associated with the classic TLK. However, there's a TLK inspired remake in the works if you're hyped for something similar.
H.O.L.Y.S.H. This is so fun/nostalgic. I used to help Leo to test a few things on TLK, specially on the shapeshifter voc. I think I bumped a few times in other servers with you and Taffy, also remember Danger Danger. God this is so weird.

Hello everyone! Im working on a new project for TLK and I need to know your thoughts about this. All Otlanders are welcome to share their thoughts!

So.. Have you ever played monster hunter? No? It's fine.. let me explain. I deleted all equipment from monsters and they only drop gold and monster parts.
BUT WTF! What that crap! Wait.. Now you will collect materials from the monsters you kill to craft your equipment, to enchant it, and to make it better.

So say you are low level, and you are killing bears, wolves, goblins and so.. then you will be able to craft a goblin weapon, or a leather armor with the parts of wolves
and bears. Cash? Sure, to pay your rent and restock your supplies to keep hunting.

Secondly.. dont you spend half your time targeting and switching from keyboard to mouse and viceversa? What about if you could attack without targeting? Only hotkeys
and facing the correct direction. Obviously you will be able to keep targeting if you desire to do so.

New hunting mode. A single cave, with hundred floors.. each floor with its monsters and boss, its own quest and rewards, its own secrets. (Of course dungeons will still be a thing).
To advance from floor to floor, you need to defeat the floor boss first! Sound fun?

Low exp rate. Setting low exp rate to enjoy more each floor, all crafted gear and such. There's no fun on being lvl 2000, is it? Its the same as lvl 100 but with bigger numbers.

Let me know your thoughs on this!

It's very good ideas! I want experience this style of hunting and crafting all equipments! It's promises to be funny! :)

Hello everyone!

I've been doing some work and i have some more info to share about the upcoming changes on TLKserver.

There will be no fixed vocations! All spells will be learned through equiping weapons and advancing on skills.

So for example:

-Equip a 1hand sword, and you will learn the first SHADE spell. (If you unequip the weapon spell will be erased).
-Once you equip the 1hand sword, you will start rising your SWORD SKILL, once you get for exemple sword skill level 15, you will get another shade spell.
-But say now you equip a twohanded sword/club/axe. You will learn the first WARRIOR spell and rise your skill level. If you had sword skill level 20 for exemple, on equiping
the twohanded weapon, you will also learn the according spells for that SKILL LEVEL.
-Now you equip a holy wand. You would learn first cleric spells and start rising your magic level. When you get mlvl 5 for exemple, you will get another cleric spells (along with all
spell vocation that require mlvl 5 to learn, which will be shown on spellbook once you equip the right weapon).​

Vocation spells ----> Weapons/skill
Wizard ---------> Fire/Ice/Electric/Earth wands / magiclevel
Cleric ---------> Holy wands / magiclevel
Necro ---------> Death Wands / magiclevel
Warrior ---------> Twohanded weapons/ axe/sword/club skill
Shade ---------> 1handed swords/sword skill
Guardian ---------> 1handed clubs/shielding skill
Shapeshifter ---------> 1handed fistweapons / fist skill
Shaman ---------> 1handed axes / axeskill/magiclevel​

Remember that all the equipment will be crafted! (A first weapon of choice will be given upon start).

This system will give you so much to do and you will be able to become any class with a single weapon swap!

So tell me what you think about it, your suggestions and your ideas! Now is the time when you will be most listened!

Of course it will be fair, otherwise i wouldnt do it. When you use a twohanded weapon, the healing spells wont be based on magic level.
When you equip a weapon HP and MANA will be rebalanced according to the weapon role you just equiped.
So yeah, its a full rework.

so the only difference is that you can be all the vocations
 
Not really. There wont be any vocation at all. By equiping the weapon you will get XX vocation spells (i said the vocation on the post to make it easier for people who played TLK to understand).
Everybody will have the same starter vocation, you will upgrade that vocation, and gain spells according to the weapon.

Its still on development and that is why i need your opinions and suggestions, to change it before it goes live.
I have 2 options in mind:
1º Balance HP or MANA according to the vocation. (I think its wierd to have a tank "vocation" with low HP, or caster vocation with low MP)
2º Do an average MANA and HP gain per level so its gets a bit balance. The outcome would be for all vocations medium HP and MP.
Exemple: Tank/warrior class normally have 5000hp and 1000mana, while casters have 1000hp and 5000mana at same level. With this 2º option it will be 2500mana and hp for all. (Its just an exemple no real numbers)
 
well i vote for the second option also you can make certain items give hp and mana or something like this in this way takes matters how you "built" your character, something like golden armor it gives 500 hp but you can only equip with cas skill 50 or distance 80
