C++ Tfs 1.5 Limited for 2 Cores

Hello, I have tfs 1.5 and my server is very laggy (not is datapack problem or source optimization), as it has 16 cores but source is running tfs on only 2 cores,

Can any experienced programmer improve this performance and increase the use of cores?

You can even have 200 cores
TFS is single core

Do you use Fast attack?

Yes, there are a lot of respawns with a lot of monsters near + fast attack
