what are the lua functions that allow me to disable cap and allow me to disable learn spells

I think cap system in TFS isnt configurable, but the learn spell you can change it in spells.xml just change where needlearn="1" to needlearn="0".

If you want to give players infinite cap, simply use the flags system and change the Player group (1) to have the flags for infinite cap...

Yeah, thats the easiest way to make infinite cap

Here you can create the playerflags http://hem.bredband.net/johannesrosen/playerflags.html

+ If your want your god to have the selected player flags simply copy the generated numbers into groups/god and there paste it to flags
