TFS/ My VIP list doesn't work :S

players can't add each other to their VIP list.
I can only add them with god.. so i need to know where's the VIP configuration, because when a player wants to add another player to their VIP it says.. You cannot Add this player..
help plz

i would say the best thing to do is get geisors Database manager, here on otland. Just search for it.
