Compiling The Forgotten Server Compilation Problem

Hello,

I'm trying to Compile The Forgotten Server and I'm getting following erros:

D:\Source\forgottenserver\tags\0.2\project\gcc installation problem, cannot exec `cc1': No such file or directory.

[Resource error] no resources

D:\Source\forgottenserver\tags\0.2\project\Makefil e.win [Build Error] [TheForgottenServer_private.res] Error 1

I've saved the project.
It creates only an .rs and several others while I'm saving it , but no .res or a file like that.
What Can I Do?
