On wingui version the monsters didn't appear
And on winconsole i can't load npcs

Then it's your mapname-spawn.xml that is buggy, not the server.

I have missing tables in this included in TFS folder and can't load OTS : S

forgottenserver.sql = full
triggers.sql = triggers only

Hmm but always when i want to import db i have error message:

[Err] 1101 - BLOB/TEXT column 'writer' can't have a default value
[Msg] Finished - Unsuccessfully

and after it here are only tables:
accounts
bans
groups
guild_invites
guild_ranks
guilds
house_lists
houses
players

I use Navicat.

[*]Items with actionid or uniqueid will not decay anymore (BlackOnix)

[*]Only premium players can create a Private Chat Channel now (Talaturen)
[*]Configurable if all players should have premium or not (Talaturen)

[*]Protection level configurable (Talaturen)
[*]getCreatureCondition(cid, condition) LUA Function (Talaturen)
[*]PVP Arena [free for all] example in genericEvents (Talaturen)

Writer has been removed in 0.2.3 from the structure, so you should be able do import it fine there, but until then, remove the default value of it and then import it.

The levels for use a weapon can be configured by the items.xml or i have to make on weapons scripts?

Tala can't you just do in weapons/scripts and then make a kind of actionscript. if getplayerlevel > 50 Then ?

1.- Talaturen isnt here (he is on Greece
2.- He wont waste the time, making a npc maker when you can learn lua and make it by yourself, or asking for them

lol my chars are buggeds dont have flags, and they cant carry items
