I am gonna sound like a big noob but when i use tortoisesvn checkout whenever i put in the link tala gives in the first post it keeps giving me an error.... so what website am i suppose to be using to download it?

Zavulon it's because your sql triggers are not working, check for it.
Empty you KNEW that or else you shouldnt be able to use it.

Make sure you've selected it to be a windows application and not a console application.
