Three annoying problems, mappers help me out here please!

I made my own custom made map but there is only three problems left to fix.

You can log out in combat, how do I fix this

I can't add more houses with my map editor.
I have absolutely no clue why
(I use Zonet Mapeditor 8.4)

Last but not least, How do I add NPC's?
is there an exeptional NPC tool for this?

If so, where do I find it

Download RME as Peroxide's said, and for your first question about combat.

Not everyone does, just you because you're on your GM account.

Try another account and you'll see.
