Why competition? Why not work together instead? Making 2 different war ots, but with nearly the same team?
 
Nah I don't work well in teams. I only trust Sync online and its worked out pretty well for me so far.
 
You too, I wont join up, but if ya need any help or advice ill try to help out.

Unlimited runes.
Not unlimited potions.. Put charges on them like

Lottery system with not too overpowered things
No overpowered donations wich makes donaters very very very hard to kill.
Alot of quests places all over map hidden etc
No Animted spell-texts.. That orange shit is just so annoying and lame.

Make the levels around 70... Donators priv acc 80
Custom map or Rookguard. RL Maps like thais is so lame nowdays.
Spelldamages.. Balance the spells.
Dont make GMPS heal like 650 and UHPS like 1000 as the other noob servers. That just ruins the fun when a knight tanks 5 mages ..
Make sio work properly.. Make it usefull.
Add some cool effects whenever u activate something.. Like turn manashield on a blue flashing light comes around u or something.
Make donations not too overpriced.. Let the poor have a chance to donate too :)
Dedicated server is needed.. And should be located in europe for most players.

Bleh.. Now i gave u some adviced.. Get going :)
