I understand that you have the right to close any thread.

I understand some threads are completely offensive and completing random that there's no reason to explain why closing.

But, one of my threads have been closed and I get really annoyed by the fact there's no definite explanation on why it's closed.

I think you moderators, global moderators, and/or admins should explain the reason why the thread was closed or deleted unless it's totally common sense (eg. pornography, offensive, racist and so on).

I understand that there has been threads similar to this, I understand that you're annoyed by the fact we complain a lot, but just giving 10 seconds and explain the reason of thread closure instead of completely closing it can benefit us members by understanding the reason why our post has closed, that way it will never happen again.


Please do not take this as a threat towards you guys.

Thanks for reading, hopefully we can make some changes around here.

We will implement a special broadcaster mod for such things when Vbulletin 4.0 is released and stable enough which sadly can take a while.

I never said it was meant to be sexually related, however some people may have thought it that way. I never stated in my post that it was a vagina or an armpit. I just wanted to see other peoples' opinion and experiment their way of thinking. By the way, this was taken from Yahoo! and they know which ADs are legal and illegal or appropriate and inappropriate.

No offense, but the mods should think it through a little bit longer.

If it's way too offensive for you, I will include the real answer in my main post.

I can't see any deleted thread there from you. Maybe an administrator has deleted it completely.
 
Well, a discussion thread about a different open-tibia fan site is probably going to be deleted. Moderators can close a thread without a explanation. You should read the rules then look at your thread and see what your thread violated to be closed. That's just a suggestion.

Apparently not because there are NO rules, get this straight before you talk like you're a mod.

I don't see any reason why it is illegal to post another website on this forum.

I don't see how posting something about another server's impressive development is illegal still.
 
No one like Otfans so no wonder. And as Assassin Legend said, we reserve the right to delete posts or threads without giving you the explanation. So instead of flaming him when he is correct, maybe PM a moderator and ask.

If you wish to discuss OTfans development, I think I speak for many people when I say you should do it there and not here.

At some parts he is still incorrect in my opinion.
You can't change that.
 
You know, some of the otfans's admins are full of shit. Therefore, there are many with a decent high position on this forum that simply don't like the idea of that thread.

I don't care about otfans, I am not browing otland because I want to read about otfans. So I delete those threads.

They offend us, blaming shit on us thats not the truth. Telling all members of otfans that otland is the bad guys.

So, I'm allowed to post things from OTFans that was not made by the admins/mods?

Because, there's a TON of things from OTfans that are on OTland, and same thing the other way.
