Problem is this is not an academic essay. You dont just word poop all over the place to reach 5k words and turn the assignment in. I solved this in the base i edit, saving the items on the map created during the game, without interfering with the loading of the houses and map items.
There is a bug that doesn't save hanging items, since the house blocks don't fit into the wall position. Now imagine doing this by editing house by house, increasing the blocks just to be able to hang items? This would increase the cost of the houses and the map editing time.

So, remade the map loader, with no chance of duplication.

Until no longer need the server's automatic saving during the game, because if the game crashes, the rollback system will actually work, saving from that game instance, saving the items on the ground, such as containers, stackable items, loot bags, etc., saving the houses, preventing any duplication. Now, without worrying about crashes, if they occur, it is impossible to duplicate or lose items during the game!

Yes all containers propeties from houses only, map tile save only dropped during game, outside map.otb

You need to define a property to indicate which tile item it belongs to: house or map tiles. This is important when saving the map/houses. Because if the containers are in the house, the program recognizes the house and ignores saving to another one.

I invite you to join us in this journey. We all started where you are now - try to host your own server, and introduce your own ideas - maybe it will be smooth, but maybe you will get to understand that sometimes there are technical difficulties.

Anyway, this is not TibiaBase thread, so this is not the place for that server's feedback, and I don't see Mark trying to sell it - he said he owns an improved version of TVP, which is not even the engine he uses for TibiaBase.

I think I have yet to hear of one drama-free deal with Ezzz. It's safe to say he's the biggest scammer OtLand has ever had. He never delivers what he promises. It's nothing but fraud. A poor man has to eat though. Broke people do broke people things.

And anyone demanding money for something on an open source community, after they themselves received the base code for free by others, is the most disgusting type of behavior you can have. Ezzz wouldn't be anything without the free stuff that has been released here by others. Shame on everyone like him. Tibia is a dead game. The only thing keeping the game alive was the OT community, but it's either full of rug pull servers by Twitch streamers, or by gatekeeping liars on the forum. Absolutely disgusting. I can't wait for the day this forum shutsdown forever, like every OT forum did in the past. If he wanna sell code, then start a LLC and do it the right way with licensing.

I give you 8 months to research the engine, the experience and difference will be eye opening. The main funcs can look alright but it doesnt matter if its broken on the way by something else. This is just a small part of the wheel you uncovered just now.

Now look at skills, then you can move on to defense, armor and how penetration behaves from ammo on players/monster etc.

It's easier if you just port it over manually yourself from real engine to your server rather than using tvp. Which is a graveyard for endless issues.

and ezzz have been endorsed over years by admins and the community i always said that he was selling pure crap, that he stole from somehwhere else or broken code claiming it was the best and blablabla

Those files will be updated, any dev can contribute and I will also browse my private repository and add fixes ive patched when I do have time, which is kind of limited for the moment with my upcoming launch.

Its important that everyone pulls their weight so that we together as a community can repair the damages this distribution has causes to countless victims.

Even reporting issues is a form of contribution.

I also want to clarify that this thread is about revealing injustices. Do not take this thread as an assumption of me advertising to sell my private sources because that is not the case in any way, shape or form.

The way we will go is to upload these files to a public repo and work down all the issues, thats it.
