It could encourage solo gameplay. However server could be dead due to 1 update in 4 years (this one is debatable because with completely single player idea, you could make yourself fe. 30 bp uh on druid in few months, put it in [bound shared depo with the main character knight] and for a simple dragon hunt {solo} you need to spend few months for xx hours hunt. 4 years goes by, is Annihilator Quest done after this time? You need 4 people spending SO MANY HOURS to prepare for this quest. Do not even start about making alt characters to create your main Knight and supply him. Huge lootbag (the problem with lootbag below) spent on manafluids for runemaker.) Or the fact you could hire and pay another players to create low level sorcerers/druids and join later on behemoth hunt that you block. Ingame player-to-player trade is big reason why the server is alive after years, items are valuable, the demand for items are still ongoing. People spend money on black market so people can play RPG. Without it, you would not see any vzl runemakers, the players would have no runes to exp. Do you want to spend 5000+ hours hunting dwarf guards and 2500 on preparing the character for this?how mechanics would have to change to remove the purpose of a black market, or at least make it less viable. For example. removing ingame player-to-player trade
You create new problem, what am i supposed to do with items that i loot from monsters (junk you want to sell). That is nightmare for such server like Tibiantis, where knight takes over ab castle spawn and is not able to gain experience because bunch of 8 lvl brand new main characters pick all the loot because you are not able to make lootbag/pick it due to cap limit. So you are surrounded by 1,2 monster per minute because people would block your spawn to make cash themselves. Knight prepares himself to hunt with 300 parcels and write his name in letter "I started 17.09.2024, spawn taken for 3 months, free on 17.12.2024"remove the "throw items to the ground" possibility.
