You should use the Support board.

Last time I dealt with Object Builder, I tried maybe a dozen of links until I finally found a working Obj Builder for my target version. It's an open source software that a lot of people has made edits on. But not everybody pushes the changes to the official code or the official doesn't merge into code and/or don't release on a new forum topic.
So my advice is dig a bit the forum, download and try all. If still not successful, try checking for it on GitHub.
