Major update - New systems and features
Dungeon system
A new dungeon system has been implemented, with 2 dungeons currently available for initial testing, and more dungeons already in development. Access dungeons through the new Dungeon button in your inventory panel. This system introduces instanced content designed to challenge teams and provide unique rewards.
Explorer token system
Explorer Tokens are a new currency that can be earned by participating in raids, dungeons, and various exploration content. Track your current token balance in the Skills window under the new Explorer Tokens section. These tokens can be spent on exclusive spells and rewards from the Explorer Guild.
New explorer guild spells
The Explorer Guild has unlocked access to new spells for member adventurers, including:
- Chivalrous Challenge
- Divine Shot
- Fire Whirl
- Tree of Life
- Executioner's Throw
- Divine Grenade
- Twin Bursts
- Great Death Beam
Some spells are tiered and may require additional unlocks.
Item reforging system
The Reforger now lets you move valuable modifiers between compatible items for a gold cost, giving you more control over your gear progression. Transfers are validated by item category and typical modifier rules. Hourly modifiers and base inherent modifiers cannot be transferred. If the source item is forge-bound, that bound status transfers to the new item. Once a transfer is confirmed, it is permanent.
Inherent modifier forging
Previously, base inherent modifiers could not be modified through the forge. This restriction has been removed, and you can now reroll inherent modifiers to improve their values and upgrade them through the standard forge progression system.
These upgrades build on the item's existing inherent values as the base, which means items with inherent modifiers can become more powerful overall. Inherent modifiers still cannot be removed entirely.
New Trade System
We've overhauled how selling and buying works with NPCs. The old system had a few pain points; NPC shop lists were hitting packet limits forcing us to split NPCs like Adam and Yaga, players never knew which NPC bought what, and forge-modified items were getting sold accidentally. This new system solves all of that.
Selling
You can now sell items directly from your inventory while the shop window is open. Every shop NPC will now buy any of your items regardless of their shop type.
How it works:
1. Click the
Sell tab in the shop window to activate selling mode
2. Open your backpack or containers manually
3. Hover over any item - a special cursor will appear for sellable items
4.
Left-click to sell one, or
right-click for sell options including
Sell All of Type
Sell All of Type automatically skips items with forge modifiers so you won't accidentally sell your good gear. You can still move items and do everything normally while selling mode is active.
Buyback
The shop window now has a Buyback tab showing the last 18 items you sold. You can repurchase any of them at the original sell price with no markup. If you sold a forged item, it comes back with all its modifiers intact. The list holds up to 18 slots - when it's full, the oldest entry is removed to make room. The list is per-session and does not persist through logout.
Item Tooltips
Item look text has been replaced with a new tooltip system. Instead of text appearing in the center of your screen, item info now displays in the bottom-right corner of the game window with color-coded text for easy readability. You can also right-click the tooltip to copy it.
