After carefully analyzing last season's rates, we've slowed down the pace of XP progression. Leveling felt too fast in the mid and late game, with players outpacing content, skipping gear tiers, and hitting the endgame before really getting to enjoy the journey. This new curve rewards steady progression, makes every level feel earned, and keeps Grimhaven meaningful from your first swing to your final ascension.

Rebirth System Updates
We're shaking up the Rebirth system this season to make each transformation feel more meaningful — and to keep the endgame focused, fair, and rewarding.
Rebirths capped at 2 on seasonal. Every rebirth tier should feel like a real milestone with content worthy of the grind. The main vertical progression stays on levels — rebirths are powerful milestones along the way, not the primary treadmill. More tiers will open up as new content is developed.
Both rebirths now require Level 250. The previous +15 level gap has been removed — every adventurer has a clear, consistent target to aim for.
Bigger stat bonuses on Rebirth. Each rebirth now grants
+5% damage, +5% HP, +5% MP, and +5% cap increase — stacking into a serious power spike by your second rebirth.

Color-coded loot messages for dusts, tokens, and gems

Revamped shop module — search across categories and choose quantity
In-game Market module — the Market has moved from the website directly into the client as a dedicated in-game module. Browse, list, and trade without ever leaving the game

News module on login screen with direct API integration to Discord channels

Task progress module implemented

Broadcast relocation setting — move broadcasts to the bottom of the screen under Options > Interface

Blessing status indicator on the client — click the blessing icon to bless your character

Combat & Character Systems
Magic System Module with Ascension Talent Tree finished — our completely overhauled magic system is live, featuring a dedicated Ascension Talent Tree where casters invest points into passives, damage scaling, and signature milestone abilities. Choose your path, specialize your build, and evolve your magical identity as you progress.

Complete shader system — loot shaders, elite monster shaders, and targeting shaders
New item type: GRIPS — equippable alongside 2-handed weapons so Knights can wield 2h weapons while still rolling magical attributes on an extra slot

Custom vocation spells — one new custom spell per vocation, obtainable through the second promotion

Second promotion now requires second rebirth

Fused all melee skills into one unified skill
Communication
Brand new VOIP system with proximity chat and private channels
Quests, Tasks & Challenges
Reworked task system — higher difficulty yields better rewards, plus a Grimhaven token bonus for completing max kill counts
Reworked quest system — rewards are no longer guaranteed. Completing a quest unlocks a boss shortcut; subsequent entries require a quest token
New progression loop: Dungeons drop Monster Eggs → Monster Eggs drop Quest Tokens → Quest Tokens unlock boss rooms

Monster Eggs now only drop inside dungeons
