WANTED: Npc Summon monster script.

hey guys,

So i want an Npc that when i player has storage value of 5000, they get teleported to a position, and a monster summoned at that position.

so when teleported you would be at 1000, 1000, 7 and the monster will be summoned at 1002, 1000, 7.

i think its pretty simple. please help.
