website problems

hi guys can someone help me with my website. i opened the ports 80 3306 81 8080 but it still dosent work please help.

If you're 100% sure that your webserver (Apache?) is running on either of those ports, you've probably not opened them correctly.

Go to your xampp folder and stop your apache service.
Then run xampp-portcheck.exe

sry i had some problems but here it is

Apache port 80 free
Apache port 81 free
Apache port 443 free
MySQL port 3306 free
filezilla port 21 free
filezilla port 14147 free
mercury port 25 free
mercury port 110 free
mercury port 143 free

well thats all they are all free
well if someone can help it would be great

apache <webdev> port 81 free
apache <https> por 443 c:/xampp/apache/bin/apache.exe

Mysql 3306 C:/xampp/mysql/bin/mysqld.exe

and the rest is the same as before
