What happen with doPlayerSetRate()?

Hello, I am working with tfs 1.0 and it is not the function doPlayerSetRate(cid, type, value) as it was in tfs 0.4

What can i do?

Someone can say me how can i create this function and some tips to do it please? Or maybe the code?

The same happens with getPlayerStamina(cid), setWorldType(type)

i don't see any function related with rates in sources

Player(cid):setStamina(stamina)
Player(cid):getStamina()
