Where did the thread aproving mods go?

Recently people have been posting all sorts of stuff but no one from the moderation staff is approving the threads. I've seen a few files with viruses reported by virus total but nothing gets removed.

Yeah I've been adding a few scans as well but not everyone sees the scans.
