Where is players outfit/addons stored?

Well i have some problems with the addon npc on my server. It was a bug it is fixed now. But a player payed for a addon he didn't get. So now i wan't to give him the second barbarian addon.. HOW?!

I tried looktypeaddon and storageid. It doesn't matter what i do. He still haven't got his addon.. So can anyone tell me. Where is all Looktypes and addon saved!??!

Well how can I drop all the addons? like I had addons npc
(140 cc for all addons.) But now I wanna the real but with just one npc like
