Where to host server? VPS x Dedicated server?

is it possible to host OT server on VPS server? Or do I have to have dedicated server?
Like 100-150~~ players maxx online

What companies would u suggest? Any experiences?
What RAM/processor should it have? Connection? 100MB enough??

Even 10 Mbit connection is enough for OT servers, guaranteed! RAM is the most important thing, at least when using big maps.

VPS is using virtualization to make you a fake virtual server. And allow you to use it like a dedicated. If you really want to be safe, i suggest VDS. Still cheaper then dedicated, but got every good part that dedicated got.
