Why is this keep on getting ignored? TFS 0.4 Rev.3884 64bit gui /w war system

There are so many requests on the forum about

TFS 0.4, REV.3884 - 64bit gui. (with war system (emblems))

why does this keep on being ignored?

I search alot for this rev and distro but i cant find it nor compile it.. i find this really hard and i see alot of people having the exact same question..

If anybody would be so amazing and compile 0.4 rev 3884 64bit gui with war system, i would love that and a big up for the community!!

For windows

Idk if gui is possible to compile with but if it is please help us with it!

You only need the exe and the config.lua file should be in the archive you downloaded.

are these the right ports? And btw my server started to crash after 1 min... AFter just downloaded printers RLMAP project tfs 1.1.... isnt that strange?

@dominique i got 8 gig ram but actually i have seen message.. out of memory 2-4 times in console when server crashes..

And i need help with a bless npc that dont works.. Ive tried it tells hes selling all bless each and in a bundle.. but when u try to buy i getting error inn console...
Also Znote TibiaCOM Layout wont work :S when i try to create a account/login or manage account the web is BLANK.

And i want to add mounts to shop.

Ive searched but found none :S
