Windows Wierd crash :S please help !

Greetings, i got some problem with my server, i had my server on for like 17 hours and now it crashes and i started it and it crashed, do someone know whats the problem or how i can finde the error than please explain ! please help !

i didn't see anything in my console, i didn't see any errors, i can't use ot restarter on my console cus the ot restarter open alot of consoles.

i tested it without players and it didn't crash its tfs 0.4, but when i have players it crash
