Just start the launcher and you'll see that it will download 3.0.1 - 3.0.2 - 3.0.3 - 3.0.4 and so on.

I could only upgrade to 2.2.0 with upgrader, then i downloaded a file to get from 2.2.0 - 2.2.0a, 2.2.0a - 2.2.2, 2.2.2 - 2.2.2a
