Well then i have no idea.

I've added extensions, i've changed the dir to exactly where the .dlls are, and i did open tags aswell.

Anything that i am missing?...

Still kept getting the error about php_opensll.dll blablabla...

You forgot to restart PHP? Forgot to add the budled SSL file (seem to be needed with XAMPP)?

no Stain i did not forget a thing i can assure you that. Sometimes people might seem like idiots but their not, problems can happen at any time for even the smallest reason.
