Gawsh, I was on the waiting list at like 54... But I'm sick with mono and I haven't been sleeping... So I fell asleep... Back into the 100's on the list D: It'd be fine if PayPal worked in my country >.> And if they had a few more servers rather than just the 10. Cause they've got over 3k people online like 24/7. They need more servers rather than larger ones to keep crowding down but keep customers happy.

I was talking to my mom about my personal issues and things and I got afk kicked so back on the waiting list. xD If paypal worked I would've found my way to an upgraded account by now, but unfortunately I'll have to wait. Where can I get a charmander and at what level should I attempt to catch one? xD

cerulean? not really celadon is the right answer the rest as lolaye wrote. south from temple in celadon there is a big building go there, above the cloth shop you'll find him :wub:
