I've received this error today I've got no idea what it is.. anyone that can help me?

It should be in the *.xml file.

There you will see something like:
module keywords="1"
keywords="bla;blabla;blablabla"

keyword_reply1="answers for bla"
keyword_reply2="answers for blabla"
keyword_reply3="answers for blablabla"

You are probably missing keyword_reply1.
 
Where do I find the xml file?

Its in your NPC's *.xml file (where you link it to the script). Modules wouldn't have a thing with this because this part of the parameter functions (eg: <parameters...)
